Heavy haul tires
Load-rated tires for permitted and oversize work, fitted where the load is sitting.

Port Arthur runs on refinery traffic. Motiva, Valero and the Chevron Phillips complex put more heavy trucks through a small road network than anywhere else in the Golden Triangle, and during a turnaround that volume doubles overnight with contractor fleets that arrived last week.
A flat inside a plant fence is a different problem to a flat on a shoulder. The truck is usually blocking a rack or a gate, the clock is somebody else's, and the tech cannot simply drive in. Tell dispatch which facility when you call so the gate process starts while our truck is still moving.
South of the city, TX-87 runs down to Sabine Pass and the LNG terminals — a long, thin road with soft shoulders and thinning cell coverage the further down you go. If you break down past Sabine Pass, give us a landmark rather than a mile marker, and stay with the truck.

Port Arthur sits inside our regular coverage. These are the towns either side of it.
About an hour on average across our coverage. That is an average and not a promise: what it means on the day depends on where the nearest truck is when you call, so dispatch will tell you what they can actually commit to before you decide to wait for us.
Do the techs hold TWIC cards / plant safety council training? Gate access needs advance notice either way, so tell dispatch which facility when you call and we start that while the truck is rolling.
Yes. TX-87 south is a long run with thin cell coverage — give us a landmark or a gate number rather than a mile marker, and stay with the truck.
That is a large part of what we do here. If you are bringing a fleet in for a turnaround, open an account before you arrive rather than during the first breakdown.
